MORRISTOWN, NJ – Villa Enterprises, one of the nation’s fastest growing multi-concept franchisors, is proud to announce the roll out of their three new Signature Salads to all its Everything Yogurt & Salad Café, and Green Leaf’s locations. With the addition of our new Cobb, Mediterranean Greek, and GreenLeaf’s Salad our customers will now be able to make their own salad using our Pick & Mix topping bar or choose from one of these three complete new salad offerings. The in-store date for these new salads is March 31, 2006.
A chef was hired from the Culinary Institute of America to create some new and exciting menu items for the Everything Yogurt Brands. The Cobb and Mediterranean Greek salads are the chef’s version of the traditional ones, and the GreenLeaf’s salad is a spring mix blend with Grilled Chicken, cranberries, walnuts, mandarin oranges, featuring a mandarin orange sesame sauce. Additionally,
Villa Enterprises plans on introducing two new Panini Sandwiches later on this year.
