Lenny's Sub Shop has opened its first location in Horn Lake, its 28th in the Memphis area.
Lenny's Sub Shops, a Philadelphia-style sub shop chain based in Memphis, has already granted more than 700 franchises in 18 states.
The Horn Lake restaurant will be at 3019 Goodman.
CLM Franchise Consultants LLC owns the store, but operating partner Jayson Scott will run it.
Scott has opened Lenny's in Texas, Alabama and Arkansas.
CLM Franchise Consultants, based in Conroe, Texas, is owned and operated by Lenny Moore, founder of Lenny's and his partner Tom Clatterbuck. They are developing 90 Lenny's in the Houston area.
