Menomonee Falls, WI – Two Cousins Subs stores in Wauwatosa and Glendale, Wis. are adding flat screen televisions for their customers' enjoyment. The installation of the televisions is part of Cousins Subs' remodeling efforts focused on creating a more contemporary look in its stores.
According to Michael Rea, Director of Construction and Design for Cousins Subs, "It's all about giving customers what they want. A few restaurants have already added these features in their locations. We want to be at the forefront of the growing trend of using the latest technology to enhance the customer experience."
The 32-inch flat screen televisions will have limited programming featuring news and financial reports.
"The company will monitor the stores for a year. If the response to the televisions is positive, then we will install them in other locations." added Rea.
The flat screen televisions are a part of Cousins Subs' remodeling strategy designed to attract and retain customers.
About Cousins Subs
Cousins Subs is based in Milwaukee, Wis., and is a national sub sandwich chain with stores throughout the Midwest and on the West Coast. The tradition of Cousins Subs started in 1972, when two transplanted cousins from Atlantic City saw the need for an East coast–style sub shop in their new hometown. They patterned their subs after the hoagie, grinder, hero and sub sandwiches they enjoyed back East. And with a dedication to delivering quality subs at fair prices, they opened their first restaurant. From the start, the two used bread baked fresh every morning and insisted on using only the finest, freshest ingredients.
Wisconsin-based Cousins Subs® is driven by the mission to Believe in Better, both in the quality of food it serves and in the communities it supports.
