The store, which officially opened Aug. 13, will celebrate its grand opening on Oct. 13. The store is owned by George Hartnett

The innovative Cousins Subs store structure will feature both the sandwich shop and a gas station. Hartnett, an Illinois native, has been in the gas station and convenience store business for nearly 21 years. Cousins Subs patrons will be able to get a discount on their gas when they make a sandwich purchase.
"I am very excited to be opening up my own branch of Cousins Subs, I knew I needed to diversity my business endeavors," Hartnett said. "I saw Cousins Subs as the perfect way to attract new customers and give my business the edge that it needed."
