Hardee's Introduces New Bacon Cheddar Fries
ST. LOUIS, Dec. 10 // PRNewswire // -- Building on the popularity of their recently introduced Natural Cut Fries, Hardee's(R) today announced a new way to enjoy the classic American side item: Bacon Cheddar Fries. The new menu item will help beat back that cold winter weather with a hearty dollop of hot cheddar cheese sauce sprinkled with crumbled bacon.
"Our new Natural Cut Fries were the perfect compliment to our sit-down restaurant quality Thickburgers because they are thicker than normal fries and we left the skin on for more potato flavor," said Brad Haley, executive vice president of marketing for Hardee's. "So, as the temperatures have been dropping, it made sense to heat things up by topping our Natural Cut Fries with hot cheddar cheese sauce and crumbled bacon. In fact, the combination of flavors tastes a lot like 'potato skins' commonly found in sports bars and casual-dining restaurants."
The new Bacon Cheddar Fries feature Hardee's classic Natural Cut Fries topped with hot cheddar cheese sauce and crumbled bacon, and can be ordered separately for $1.99 or as part of any combo meal for an additional charge.
