Finance veteran Brad Hall becomes Carlson's treasurer

February 03, 2009 // Franchising.com // Minneapolis, MN - Minneapolis-based Carlson has announced that finance veteran Brad Hall has been promoted to serve as the company's treasurer.

He replaces John Diracles, who joined Carlson in June 1986 as vice president and treasurer, and retired in January.

Hall joined Carlson in 1998 and has held various positions in internal audit, accounting, financial planning and analysis, and treasury. Some of his work included centralizing accounting processes, providing financial and strategic decision support, reviewing investment opportunities, and designing and implementing management incentive plans.

A 2006 graduate of Carlson's Executive Leadership Program, Hall holds an MBA with Finance and Strategic Management concentrations from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.

Hall reports to Trudy Rautio, executive vice president and chief financial officer.
