John Lankford won recognition with the Associate Coach of the Year award at the Awards Dinner. The finalists for this award included Tom Palzewicz, Tofic Talamas, Chris Dirkers, Eric Castellano and Tony Roy.
ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars presented this award.

Lankford was awarded the "ActionCOACH Associate Coach of the Year Award" at the company's annual 2008 North American Conference as well as the 2008 Global Conference.
"It is an honor to be recognized for the second straight year with this prestigious award," he said.
Over a 27-year span, Lankford has held executive positions at major corporations including Ford Motor Company and Ascension Health.
Most recently, he added executive coaching to his existing business coaching qualifications, which will take up much of his time in 2009.
