(NYSE: DTG) announced today that it has priced a public offering of 5,750,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $19.25 per share. The underwriters will have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 862,500 shares of common stock from the Company. The offering is expected to close on November 3, 2009, subject to customary closing conditions.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, which are expected to be approximately $105 million (without giving effect to any exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares), for general corporate purposes.
Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering.
