Over 1,000 REALTORS voted for Affiliate of the Year out of approximately 90 Affiliates and 4 nominees and presented the award to Dakota at their Annual Installation and Awards Dinner on September 26th, 2009. Dakota is both excited and honored to have been chosen and looks forward to continually growing his WIN Home Inspection business.
Dakota, along with Robin DeLuca, opened WIN Home Inspection Indian River in July of 2006. They have a combined total of over 15 years experience in home improvement, construction techniques, customer service, and the real estate industry. For this reason, they have continued to earn and value the trust of buyers, sellers, and real estate agents throughout Indian River County. Dakota is a highly trained home inspector and member of the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI); he's performed hundreds of inspections in the local area and stays on the forefront of issues concerning inspection procedures and technical information by attending various continuing education classes on an annual basis.
