MIAMI, Sep 30, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Benihana Inc. (NASDAQ: BNHNA; BNHN), operator of the nation's largest chain of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants, today announced the results of its Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which was held yesterday at The Westin Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
