Steamatic of Greater Fort Worth opened November 2011, offering full service total cleaning and restoration services. General Manager SteveWillis has more than 18 years’ experience in cleaning, restoration and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) industry, with extensive knowledge of sales and operations. Steve’s industry certifications include NADCA’s Air System Cleaning Specialist and ACAC’s Certified Indoor Air Quality Manager, and he is a licensed HVAC mechanical contractor. Steve is active in several industry associations and is a nationally recognized speaker and trainer.
Scheduled to open in early 2012 is Steamatic of Newport Beach, a restoration-only franchise owned by Jim McCaa and his son, Seth McCaa. Seth’s experience includes working in the emergency restoration industry as a project manager for a competitor. Previously, Jim held an executive level position with Nestle Waters of North America. Together, they bring professional knowledge, ability and expertise to the Steamatic franchise organization.
