Dennis and Linda Virts are life-long residents of Loudoun County and have a combined 56 years of experience in the local market, helping Virginia families buy and sell real estate.
“We’ve always believed in providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships,” said Dennis Virts. “Linda and I got into this business because we love helping people. There’s nothing more satisfying than assisting families with what is most likely their biggest investment.”
Dennis started his real estate career in 1985 and has an extensive background in land, land development, farms and residential sales. He is licensed in Virginia and West Virginia. Linda Virts holds the Graduate, Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation and started her career in 1983, specializing in residential sales.
“We’ve been successful because we set realistic goals and then work hard to execute them,” said Linda. “And it certainly helps that we have an investment in this community. We live here and we want to see our neighbors, friends and family succeed as well.”
The couple lives on a farm in western Loudoun County and has three children and one grandchild. The Virts’ tell their customers that buying real estate is a long-term investment. Dennis and Linda have successfully invested in real estate and completed several successful land development projects as a team.
