The first agreement is with an existing franchise group, ServiceMaster Facilities Maintenance, who added portions of Atlanta as a third territory. Lee and his partners William Watson , Andre' Coleman and Laurence Plummer Sr. currently operate commercial cleaning franchises in Memphis and Nashville with over 400 employees servicing more than 120 customers including some major Fortune 500 corporations.
