March 07, 2014 // Franchising.com // Designing Your Future is the theme of a number of interior design career and business opportunity events that are being offered by Decorating Den Interiors throughout the U.S. and Canada beginning March 27 and continuing into the company’s 45th anniversary year national conference and home furnishings market beginning April 27 in San Diego.
"We have been making entrepreneurial dreams come true for people who love interior design since 1969," says Robyn McClure, a franchise qualification team leader with the company. "These are fun presentations on design and careers in interior decorating. The seminar will feature design tips from a local franchise owner, and an overview of how the power of franchising can help someone enter this beautiful business or take an existing career to a new level."
The first of the events will be held March 27 from 7 – 8:30 p.m.at the Ben Lamond Community Center, 10501 Copeland Dr., Manassas, Va.
The career presentation will include information about Decorating Den Interiors’:
"While we continue to draw people from other careers who have a talent and passion for interior decorating, we are more frequently attracting people who already have experience in design and home furnishings, some with interior design degrees, but who can benefit from our business systems and buying power," says McClure.
