Scott Clemente joins the company as President and General Manager. With over ten years’ experience in the management and growth of various businesses, Scott most recently served as President and COO of Mulberrys Garment Care in Minneapolis. He is excited to bring the same focus on quality and customer care to Servpro® that helped Mulberrys Garment Care become the fastest growing dry cleaner in the state of Minnesota.
To ensure the ability to serve its customers, Servpro of Minnetonka, Coon Rapids/Central Anoka County and Northwest Ramsey County has also bolstered its marketing and support staff with the promotion of Rick Lang to Sales & Marketing Manager, and the hiring of Heather Horn as a Sales and Marketing Representative. Rick is a former insurance adjuster and brings over 10 years of industry experience to the role. In addition, he maintains his IICRC certifications for Water Damage Restoration. Heather brings over 7 years of sales and business development experience from various industries and excels at a customer driven focus in her sales efforts.
