Specialists in European made-from-scratch daily breads, Kneaders' digital storefront expands on the commitment to customer convenience the brand is known for, having pioneered the drive thru in the fast casual segment.
Customers can now place orders ahead of time and have the option to pick up the order in-store or right in the drive-thru without even leaving their car.
The new online catering program allows Kneaders to customize catering options by store, alleviating store managers who previously took orders by phone.
The new Group Ordering functionality streamlines the experience for Kneaders' large segment of office customers and groups placing large custom orders.
Kneaders chose digital ordering pioneer Olo to develop the program for their standard menu as well as for custom pies, cakes, and gift baskets.
