Bridget has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. During her career, she has worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide and Phlebotomist at a private duty company and home health aide companies where she provided care to patients in their homes, skilled nursing facilities, and hospitals. Later, she joined a mid-sized home care company where she was employed for 18 years. Her responsibilities ranged from hiring caregivers and matching them with clients to responding to urgent calls to creating care plans and coaching her staff on carrying them out.
Bridget knew she had a passion for home care after her Dad was diagnosed with diabetes and had difficulties administering his insulin three times a day. She assisted her Dad daily and felt a tremendous sense of gratitude from him, which fueled her desire to be of assistance in helping others.
