Copper Branch Opens Yonge Sheppard Centre Store In Toronto, Marking The Chain’s 50th Location

May 03, 2019 // Franchising.com // Montreal, QC - Copper Branch, the largest plant-based restaurant chain in the world, has officially reached the 50 location aspiration with today’s opening of its newest location at Yonge Sheppard Center in Downtown Toronto. The opening continues the chain’s impressive worldwide expansion campaign.

What sets Copper Branch apart from other quick service plant-based restaurants is its commitment to both familiar fare as well as unique global recipes that diners can only get at Copper Branch. The restaurant will feature an all-day breakfast starting at 7 am on the weekdays and 9 am on weekends, and an all-encompassing menu that includes power bowls, burgers and sandwiches, soups and chili, and power smoothies. The entire menu is whole food plant-based, with many non-GMO, organic, specialty and naturally gluten-free foods.

The new restaurant, which is located at 4841 Yonge Street, will be the second Toronto location for the chain. The opening brings to 16 the total number of restaurants the chain will have in Ontario with another location set to open in Toronto on May 6th at Bathurst and College Streets.

Especially noteworthy, with April being Earth Month, is the company’s association with Rainforest Trust in helping to preserve fragile and vital rainforest lands around the world.
