Friendly’s Restaurants Serve Up a Side of Nostalgia Bringing Back Fan Favorites For a Limited Time

From March 15th to June 6th, the iconic chain is bringing back six Fan Favorite meals and offering a special bundle of one Fan Favorite meal paired with an ice cream sundae each starting at $11.99 plus tax.

And no Friendly’s experience is complete without a sundae. New to the Friendly’s lineup of ice cream flavors is Superman, which is a swirl of red, yellow and blue fruit punch flavored ice cream. More delicious ice cream and indulgent treats will be introduced in the upcoming year.

“Fan Favorites, an all-star lineup of menu items that were all popular in the past, is our way of thanking our loyal customers who have supported us,” said Erlich. “Our founders started Friendly’s with the promise that the small ice cream shop would be a friendly place for families to enjoy a meal together. Eighty plus years later we are still delivering on that promise. We will be rolling out new crave-able menu items, a loyalty program, curbside ordering and of course fun ice cream flavors.”

Deliciously fun Fan Favorites include:

• Heinz 57 Burger® - A juicy beef patty stacked with all the classic ?xings - Swiss cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato and mayo and topped o? with a generous layer of crispy fronions, and Heinz 57® Sauce.
• Vermonter Burger - Melted sharp White Cheddar cheese over a juicy beef patty, and stacked with crispy Maple Pepper Bacon on a golden-brown Ciabatta roll, topped with lettuce, tomato and mayo.
• Hot Honey SuperMelt - Stu?ed with crispy chicken tenders drenched in a hot honey glaze, melty Cheddar, pickle chips and coleslaw.
• Maple Pepper Bacon SuperMelt - A melt-in-your-mouth combination of sweet, spicy and savory maple pepper bacon layered atop turkey, sharp White Cheddar and honey mustard - all between golden sourdough.
• Bu?alo Chicken Entree Salad - Juicy-on-the-inside, crispy-on-the outside Bu?alo chicken tenders, celery, green peppers, red onion, and shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar atop a bed of leafy greens - paired with bu?alo bleu cheese dressing.
• Asian Chicken Entree Salad - Ginger glazed grilled chicken, mandarin oranges, almond slices and wonton strips, all tossed in a refreshingly simple ginger dressing.
