Classic Southern BBQ Chain Debuts Three New Fish Sandwiches at Participating Locations

March 10, 2021 // Franchising.com // Jacksonville, Fl. - Marking its first limited time offer of 2021, Florida-based classic Southern BBQ chain - Woody’s Bar-B-Q - is pleased to reveal its “Gone Fishin’” trio of menu items at participating franchise locations from March 15-April 30, 2021. Having celebrated its 40th anniversary last year with all its locations staying afloat through expansions in takeout and delivery sales despite the pandemic, Woody’s Bar-B-Q is eager to introduce three seaworthy sandwiches to hook some new fans and net a nice return on investment for participating franchisees.

“We like to stir the pot with the introduction of new menu items from time to time - particularly those that compliment our menu, but don’t exactly fall under the BBQ umbrella,” said Yolanda Mills-Mawman, Co-Founder and President of Woody’s Bar-B-Q. “2020 took a toll on us all, but our franchisees were able to pivot quickly to meet the challenge. We asked them to be creative in order to keep their doors open and they answered the call admirably. So, we’re returning the favor by applying some of our own creativity in the development of this and future menu promotions that we believe will really resonate with our customer base.”
