May 03, 2021 // Franchising.com // WACO, TX - Stellar Brands, a platform company for home service brands, has completed the acquisition of The Driveway Company.
The deal marks the third brand on Stellar Brands’ roster, joining companies Restoration 1, specializes in a wide array of emergency mitigations, restoration and reconstructions services; and bluefrog Plumbing + Drain, a trusted franchise in plumbing repair and installation. Combined, this brings the total number of locations to more than 375 awarded across all brands.

The Driveway Company has been involved in driveway repair and maintenance for over 30 years. They have developed proven techniques for extending the life of concrete including crack and joint repair, concrete sealing, overlays, lifting, leveling and more.
The company has relocated headquarters to Waco, where Courtney Harmon will serve as President.
