Zabka Implemented An Innovative Workai Internal Communication Platform

The company successfully completes its successive stages, focusing on modern and innovative solutions aimed not only at its customers, but also at employees. To increase their engagement and improve the flow of information within the organization, the company implemented a cloud-based multi-channel Workai employee experience platform. The tool combines intranet, in-house knowledge, analytics, and employee social media functions. Deployed within just a few months, the solution is a commercially recognized product - one of the 10 best designed intranets in the world.

By deciding to implement Workai, the company continues the retail industry-pioneering strategy of implementing innovative technological solutions, developing digital experiences of employees at all levels of the organization. Thanks to the platform, Zabka will improve internal communication and information management in a distributed organization, both between employees performing their duties in a stationary, as well as remote or hybrid mode. Importantly, Workai does not require technical expertise or a long implementation process.

The digital transformation in Zabka is supported by the latest cloud technologies. In cooperation with Microsoft, the organization is already developing innovative technologies in the area of Customer Experience (among others "Shop of Tomorrow"), and with the Microsoft Azure Cloud Workai implementation project, it will also cover the area of Employee Experience.

Thanks to the partnership with Workai and Microsoft, the internal communication platform implemented in Zabka will allow for quick, personalized and secure access to information supporting internal processes for all employees - from headquarters to logistics centers.

The Zabka Group supports its employees by using the modern technological solutions available on the market and by creating its own innovative tools. At the beginning of 2020, it implemented for employees of the new headquarters in Poznan the zabway mobile application, providing a number of solutions that facilitate everyday work; among others during the COVID-19 pandemic, they help workers to enjoy the possibilities of office work safely and with the sanitary regime. The tool makes it easy to move around the building or book rooms, but also provides a compendium of knowledge about implemented procedures and rules of organization of office work. Employees can also use the Zabka Academy, which is a kind of online support center, offering training, webinars or individual consultation with experts from many fields. For children of employees, co-workers and franchisees Zabka has created a unique online project called Zabka Play. It is a creative and educational platform developed in cooperation with the Central House of Technology, where the youngest can enjoy many games, movies and draw inspiration to play.
