Epcon Franchising Adds New Franchise Builders in Second Quarter

July 21, 2022 // Franchising.com // COLUMBUS, OHIO - Epcon Franchising has announced the addition of three new Franchise Builders in the second quarter of 2022, bringing the total for the year so far to seven. The three new Franchise Builders will build their Epcon communities in three different states.

The new Franchise Builders are:

• NNS Consulting, Chicago, Illinois: Partners Justin Conner and Ray Williams have experience in commercial and multi-family projects around the Chicagoland area. With expertise in funding, site selection and construction, they are already scouting their first location.
• Davis Building Group, Indianapolis, Indiana: Davis Building Group builds more than 300 homes per year across central Indiana, including in communities they develop. Their first project will be in the Avon area, and they plan to expand into Bloomington and Fort Wayne.
• Truex Preferred Construction, Southwest Florida: Truex Preferred Construction has been building custom homes along the Gulf coast of Florida since 2005, mainly serving Charlotte and Lee counties along the I-75 corridor. The company has won multiple BIA awards in recent years.
