March 07, 2023 // Franchising.com // LOS ANGELES - Buffalo’s Cafe is pleased to announce the launch of its springtime menu. Starting March 6 and running through May 28, fans are invited to enjoy a Flavor Stampede!
Beginning in coordination with nationwide basketball madness, guests can score three new burgers and drinks. The Loaded Philly Burger is a seasoned burger topped with onions, peppers, pepperjack cheese and queso. To spice it up even more, guests can add jalapenos. The Bacon Jam Burger is a seasoned burger topped with a fried egg, bacon strips, bacon jam and cheddar cheese. Finally, the Stampede Burger is a cheddar jack cheese stuffed burger topped with grilled onions and served on a toasted bun. All three flavorful burgers come with a side of fresh cut Tumbleweed Chips.
For a refreshing kick to their meal, guests can enjoy Dos XX beer in draft or bottle, and the all-new Buffacolada – a frothy combination featuring fireball whisky, coconut rum, orange juice, pineapple juice and pina colada mix, garnished with a cherry and an orange slice.
