April 08, 2025 // Franchising.com // SAN ANTONIO, Tex. – CENTURY 21 Middleton, led by Bobby Middleton, has fortified its presence in the Lone Star State by opening an office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, while at the same time bringing the firm’s Arkansas operations under the Century 21 brand.
The firm was already working with residents of the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area on residential and commercial real estate transactions, land sales and rental properties. The new office in Keller, Texas, provides agents and clients a convenient home base.
Middleton’s Arkansas operations will benefit from the brand’s technology and marketing, lead generation, agent learning and coaching and innovative productivity platform to help deliver the highest quality of service to buyers, sellers and investors. As a former independent sales professional of the CENTURY 21 brand himself, Middleton understands the opportunities these tools can unlock and hopes to leverage them to pursue future growth through recruitment and M&As.

Middleton joined the real estate industry in 2009 after spending his earlier career working in law enforcement. Middleton’s first role in the industry was with another Century 21 Real Estate brokerage, where he learned not only the ins and outs of San Antonio real estate, but also the value that the brand can provide. Shortly thereafter, Middleton’s wife Michelle inspired him to start his own brokerage, where he was able to quickly carve out a niche for his young firm as a military relocation specialist. Middleton now works closely with the largest VA lender in the U.S., which has named him as one of their Preferred Brokers in San Antonio.
