Konala Announces New Agreements

April 22, 2025 // Franchising.com // Coeur d’Alene, ID - Konala has announced collaborations with Toast, Cuisine Solutions, and TAGeX Brands to enhance operations, streamline processes, and improve franchisee support.

The brand selected Toast as its point-of-sale platform, enabling faster service, improved user experience, and a robust loyalty program. The system will also provide better data tracking and integrations for franchisees while supporting the upcoming launch of Konala’s mobile app.

To further optimize food quality and operational efficiency, Konala has also partnered with Cuisine Solutions. This move enhances protein consistency, reduces prep time, and helps lower labor costs.

Additionally, Konala has formed a partnership with TAGeX Brands for restaurant and foodservice equipment. This collaboration allows franchisees to access restaurant equipment, providing a more cost-effective, streamlined setup as new locations continue to open.

“At TageX, we’re always looking to partner with brands that are innovating and scaling with intention, and Konala is doing exactly that,” said Neal Sherman CEO and Founder at TageX Brands. “Our mission is to make equipment more affordable and accessible, and this partnership allows new Konala franchisees to get up and running faster. We’re proud to support a brand that’s making healthy food more available.”

“These partnerships are all about setting up our franchisees for success,” said Trace Miller, Founder of Konala. “We’re making sure we have technology, food sourcing, and cost-effective equipment solutions in place. Our goal is to stay ahead of the game.”
