March 03, 2026 // Franchising.com // Scottsdale, AZ – MilkShake Factory® is expanding its Arizona presence with a new location opening in May 2026 at Seville Shopping Center in Scottsdale. The new shop marks the brand’s second location in the state, following the successful debut of its Chandler store in August 2025.
Owned and operated by local franchise partners Greg Harmon and Carsen Wisniewski, the Scottsdale location will bring MilkShake Factory’s signature combination of housemade ice cream and generational chocolate craftsmanship to the community. Guests can expect a welcoming space designed for families, friends, and neighbors to gather over classic shakes, sundaes, artisanal chocolates, chocolate bark, cake pops, and hand-dipped treats made fresh in-store.
MilkShake Factory’s roots date back more than 110 years to a family-owned soda fountain and chocolate shop in Pittsburgh. Today, the brand continues to honor its heritage by crafting chocolates using its original family recipe while evolving into a modern dessert destination in growing markets across the country.

The Scottsdale location will feature MilkShake Factory’s full menu of premium desserts, including its signature milkshakes made with housemade ice cream, customizable chocolate creations, and a rotating lineup of seasonal specialties. Each shake is handspun to order, and chocolates are crafted in small batches daily, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
Grand opening details, including special promotions and community celebrations, will be announced closer to the May debut.
