March 10, 2026 // Franchising.com // FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Goodcents has announced it will open a brand-new store in Fayetteville this month. The new store, located just off US-71 Highway, will open for business March 19. The new store marks the third of Goodcents’ locations in Arkansas, with others in El Dorado and Bentonville.
The new store is operated by local business owners Cory and Lyndsy Jacobs. The Jacobs and their three kids first fell in love with Goodcents in Lyndsy’s hometown of Springfield, Missouri, and decided to bring it home to Arkansas.
“Fayetteville is an amazing community, and we truly felt that people here deserved the chance to enjoy the Goodcents experience the way our family does,” Cory said. “We can’t wait to open our doors and become a favorite local spot.”
First established in De Soto, Kansas, in 1989, Goodcents, with its distinctive pillowy-soft bread and commitment to new-yet-familiar flavor, sets the sandwich shop apart from the rest.
“For over 35 years, Goodcents has been dedicated to setting ourselves apart with our proprietary Founder’s Pride bread and fresh, high-quality ingredients,” said Joe Bisogno, founder and CEO of Goodcents. “Expanding our footprint in Arkansas, especially with passionate franchisees like the Jacobs at the helm, is an exciting step forward that reinforces our commitment to bringing the Goodcents tradition to more communities.”
