April 06, 2026 // Franchising.com // DENVER, Colo. —Ziggi’s Coffee is welcoming spring with the launch of a new lineup of matcha beverages, expanding its customizable drink offerings with fresh, fruit-forward flavors designed for the season. The new lineup will be available at Ziggi’s Coffee locations nationwide beginning April 7.

The spring lineup features three new matcha beverages alongside a new shaken espresso flavor:

• Cherry Almond Oat Milk Matcha Latte
  
  • Matcha is paired with sweet cherry and almond flavors, then combined with oat milk for a creamy, balanced drink that is lightly indulgent and enjoyable hot or iced. Price starts at $6.25*.
• Mango Matcha Lemonade
  
  • Matcha is combined with juicy mango flavor and lemonade for a vibrant, citrus-forward drink that is refreshing, lightly sweet and ideal for warmer days. Price starts at $3.45*.
• Iced Strawberry Matcha with Vanilla Cold Foam
  
  • Matcha is layered with milk and sweet strawberry purée, then topped with vanilla cold foam and real strawberry pieces for a creamy, fruit-forward drink with a smooth, refreshing finish. Price starts at $6.25*.
• Honey Cinnamon Shaken Espresso
  
  • Freshly pulled espresso is shaken with vanilla and real cinnamon, then finished with milk and a drizzle of honey for a lightly sweet drink with a hint of warmth. Price starts at $4.85*.
