The transaction closed in approximately two months from contract to close.
The business, established in 2001, generated approximately $2.3 million in annual revenue with seller’s discretionary earnings of approximately $753,000. The seller, who owned and operated the location for more than two decades, is retiring.
According to the seller, the Apopka location has consistently ranked among the highest-revenue AAMCO franchises in the United States, drawing strong interest from buyers during the marketing process.
The business sold at approximately 96% of the original asking price, reflecting both the strength of the operation and competitive buyer demand. The real estate was not included in the sale and will be leased to the new owner.
The buyer is a Central Florida-based owner-operator who plans to run the business directly. All seven existing employees are expected to remain with the company following the transition.

The sale reflects continued activity in the automotive repair sector, particularly for established operations with consistent cash flow and experienced staff.
