Bellingham was recognized for stepping up during a challenging period for the company in early 2025. While serving as Office Manager, she took on an expanded role in supporting business development efforts, helping unify the team and keep growth a priority at a critical time.
Her work helped re-energize outreach efforts, reconnect with prospective clients and support renewed sales momentum. Her leadership also helped the company remain efficient and productive without adding staff during a financially constrained period.
