Widely recognized as one of Croatia’s most prestigious business honors, the award celebrates excellence in innovation, brand strength, business growth, and franchise development. It is presented annually by the Croatian Association for Franchise Business (FIP) and multimedia platform Poslovni FM Group.
Friendly Fire was also recognized with the “Best Croatian Export Franchise” award, further establishing the brand as one of Croatia’s most exciting entrepreneurial success stories and a rising force in the global franchise community.

Friendly Fire will now represent Croatia at the sixth annual European Franchise Awards in Brussels, Belgium, on September 17 and will compete alongside other top franchisors and international brands from across Europe.
This recognition comes at a time of great momentum for Friendly Fire. Founded in 2017, the burgeoning franchise has expanded to more than 20 cafes across Europe—combining cutting-edge gaming equipment, immersive social spaces, and a dynamic calendar of tournaments and esports events. In addition, more than 200 additional locations are currently in development across the United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain.
Adapting the same proven model that has fueled its success throughout Europe, Friendly Fire recently announced plans to bring its unique social gaming café experience to the United States. The U.S. expansion is expected to initially launch in Florida and Texas—two of America’s largest and fastest-growing gaming markets—with plans to open multiple locations across major metropolitan areas in both states over the next few years.
