The sale was completed June 15, 2026. The Tampubolons will now lead the local remodeling and design business, continuing the work Jacobs and his team have built serving homeowners throughout the area.
“We were drawn to DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Wilmington because of the exceptional quality of its work, the strength of the team, and the trust the DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen brand has earned within the community,” said Deborah and Donald Tampubolon, owners of DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of Wilmington. “Brad and the entire team have built something they should be incredibly proud of, and we are honored to serve as stewards of its next chapter as we build toward an exciting future together.”
The Tampubolons said the existing team was a key part of their decision to purchase the business. They plan to focus first on supporting that team and maintaining the design, remodeling and customer service standards Wilmington-area homeowners have come to expect.
Donald brings over 20 years of experience in construction, project management and residential renovation. Deborah has over a decade of experience in business and go-to-market strategy.
