June 25, 2026 // Franchising.com // Burkburnett, Texas – HomeWell Franchising, the franchisor of HomeWell Care Services, a leading national provider of non-medical home care, today announced the promotion of its Vice President of Franchise Development, Mike Condon, to Chief Development Officer. The promotion reflects HomeWell’s continued expansion and Condon’s leadership during the company’s strongest period of franchise growth to date.

Condon joined HomeWell in 2022 as Franchise Development Director before stepping into the role of Vice President in January 2023. Between 2023 and 2025, HomeWell signed 112 new franchise owners and awarded 130 territories, helping drive a 150% increase in operating locations. During that same period, system revenue grew from $86 million to $164 million. Today, HomeWell serves more than 200 territories across more than 35 states.

Condon brings more than a decade of business development and sales leadership to the role. Before joining HomeWell, he served as Vice President of Business Development for MioTech Orthopedic Group and held senior sales leadership positions with OrthoGrid Systems and DJO Global. He has also owned Metro Detroit Franchise Corp. in Rochester, Michigan, since 2018.
