Under the leadership of 27-year industry veteran and broker/owner of Pagoda Realty ERA Powered, Craig Stringer, the combined operation will strengthen its presence across southeastern Pennsylvania, including York County and the greater Philadelphia market.
The partnership brings together Pagoda Realty’s approximately 50 affiliated agents and Lime House Real Estate’s 25 sales professionals, creating a combined organization of approximately 75 agents. Stringer, a top-producing agent himself, recognized the opportunity to bring together the two brokerages, which share complementary strengths and a similar entrepreneurial, agent-focused culture.
Through the partnership, Lime House Real Estate will operate as Lime House Real Estate ERA Powered, maintaining its local identity while gaining access to the ERA® network’s suite of technology and marketing resources, lead generation opportunities, and national referral network.
Sergio Mannino, who has played an instrumental role in establishing Lime House Real Estate in the region, will remain an integral part of the organization, continuing to serve his clients as an active real estate professional while providing leadership and support to the growing York-based operation. His continued involvement will help maintain the relationships and culture that have defined Lime House Real Estate.
