Since its debut on the Franchise Times Top 400 list last year, HomeWell has had another transformational year of rapid expansion. In Q1 and Q2 alone, the company surpassed the record-breaking pace set in 2025 and is now on track to reach more than 160 locations nationwide by year’s end, including nearly 35 agencies currently in the pipeline to open their doors.

To compile this list, the Franchise Times’ team conducts a five-month research process, analyzing companies’ five-year sales history graphs and building upon a database that began in 1999. To collect verified information for each award winner’s ranking, they use a combination of companies’ voluntary reports and publicly available data.
