About Spoiled Rotten® Photography
Spoiled Rotten Photography is the original creation of southern entrepreneur and professional photographer, Melissa Tash. SRP’s goal is to transform the landscape of school photography by creating unique and personal school photographs that will be cherished for a lifetime.
Launched in Huntsville, Alabama in 2003, Spoiled Rotten Photography is the brainchild of professional photographer and mother of two, Melissa Tash. Her previous roles in the U.S. Army, as Industrial Engineer for Nike®, and as Payload Crew Trainer for NASA’s International Space Station program have taught Tash a thing or two about the power of capable leadership, the value of customer feedback, and the importance of training to the success of any business or mission. She successfully married her custom photography passion to an overwhelming need for quality school portraits to create a truly unique, highly lucrative business model – so lucrative, in fact, that she quickly surpassed her NASA paycheck and was able to turn her attention to growing Spoiled Rotten full-time while raising a family. In 2013, Tash made the wise choice to franchise her company.
Spoiled Rotten is a locally-based-and-built business. It’s the perfect concept to bring into a community and foster from the ground up using a foolproof system Tash and her team have had the pleasure of solidifying over the past decade. Of the many rewards associated with being a Spoiled Rotten franchisee, chief among them are the opportunities to:

Take advantage of a proven system of success

Become a part of a family of photographers that can collaborate and share best practices

Achieve the American Dream of self-employment

Become heavily engaged within one’s community

Support local schools and charitable organizations

And – most importantly – have fun!
