The Yogis Grill Experience
Yogis Grill is a dedicated family business. In 1995, three women, Gyung Sook, Kyeh Soon, and Kyung Mee, grandmothers, mothers and aunts of some of the present Yogis Grill management employees, began collecting recipes, and developing special sauces, for Japanese cuisine. They tested and tasted many different recipes and menu items before settling on what has now become the unique assortment of tasty Japanese dishes offered by Yogis Grill.
Yogis Grill only uses the highest quality food ingredients. All produce and chicken is purchased locally and stored fresh. The food is carefully prepared to exacting standards of cooking and presentation. Nothing is pre-made; everything is cooked to order. There are no prepackaged portions, steam tables, or precooked food items at Yogis Grill, yet the method of food preparation is quick and simple, allowing delivery time that is faster than some places that promote themselves as fast food.
The Yogis Grill food preparation system can be taught to franchisees and their employees with the training program that Yogis has organized.
