Dickey's Holiday Sales Climb For Third Year In A Row

Dickey's Barbecue kept the holiday spirit right on through New Years' with healthy sales increases for November and December 2006.

January 30, 2007 // Franchising.com // Dallas, Texas - Dickey's Barbecue, the fastest growing barbecue chain in the country, experienced an 8% increase in sales during the holiday season. The culprit for such great increases in the unique holiday food offerings of spiral-cut honey hams and smoked turkeys. New in 2006 was the holiday feast, a full meal including dressing, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans and rolls.

"Once again we prove why Dickey's is the first choice for potential franchisees and customers, we strive to please the customer with great tasting and convenient food offerings while increasing the sales of our franchisees" stated Roland Dickey, Jr., president.

Quality products and service, along with an upgraded store marketing collateral kit, contributed to steady stream of sales. In-depth training for all store managers and franchisees on food preparation, marketing and customer service was also a contributing factor.
