Roy Rogers Brings Back its Fish and Crab Cake Sandwiches

FREDERICK, Maryland, February 16, 2007—Roy Rogers Restaurants announced today the promotion of two of its popular sandwiches. Both the Fish Sandwich and Crab Cake Sandwich will be offered for a limited time through April 10. Not only is this the first time Roy Rogers has offered both seafood options together, but it is also the first time the restaurant has made the Crab Cake available during this time of the year! Roy Rogers' Fish Sandwich consists of Icelander Cod, a slice of American cheese and creamy tartar sauce on a fresh Kaiser roll. The sandwich sells for $3.29, and the combo that includes a regular side dish and regular drink, will cost $5.29.
Roy Roger's Crab Cake Sandwich consists of 3.5 ounces of Phillip's famous crabmeat served on a freshly toasted Martin's potato roll. This sandwich will be sold for $4.99, and the combo will cost $6.99. The Crab Cake Sandwich promotion will run in 20 restaurants throughout Maryland and Virginia, while the Fish Sandwich is offered in 42 locations throughout Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Virginia. Both promotions will be supported through radio advertising and local store marketing.
