To commemorate the event, the new restaurant, located at 8880 Foothill Blvd., hosted a 5-day fundraiser from Wednesday, June 29 through Sunday, July 3, with proceeds supporting the Rancho Cucamonga Community Service Department. Anyone who had a fundraising coupon received a free regular size sub with a minimum $1 contribution. More than 7,500 coupons were distributed throughout the community.
"I have been in the restaurant industry for many years and a small business owner in the quick serve restaurant world for more than a decade," said Garcia. "I firmly believe that giving back to the community, specifically to our youth, is vital to succeed. Our goal is to give to the Rancho Cucamonga Community Service Department a competitive edge by raising funds to support its programs and services during our grand opening."
