Dickey's, now the country's largest barbecue chain, is throwing a grand opening event on Friday, October 5 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Customers will enjoy $1 Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwiches and three customers will win free barbecue for an entire year at the event.

Donnell Brown has lived in Columbia for the past 20 years. His son Jason is the general manager of this location. In July, Sydney Cummins of WLTX awarded this Dickey's with the Golden Spatula award. The new smokin' hot location is at 10136 Two Notch Rd, Unit 100-B. Dickey's is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.
