December 19, 2013 // Franchising.com // GREENBELT, Md. – Franchise veteran Aaron Goldberg has been appointed Vice President of Development for ZIPS Dry Cleaners, an aggressively expanding dry cleaning franchise concept with more than 36 locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic.
Goldberg brings to ZIPS Dry Cleaners more than 20 years of experience in operations, real estate and franchise development, having worked with such well-known brands as Pizza Hut, Boardwalk Fries, AT&T Wireless and T-Mobile.
"Aaron will be a wonderful leader within our organization. He has already demonstrated that in the franchising industry and we see a natural fit for him at ZIPS," said company CEO Reid Bechtle. In his new role, Goldberg will be the principle point of contact on all matters relating to the development of new and existing locations along the Eastern Seaboard, with strong emphasis on the Mid-Atlantic. He will also oversee the identification and selection of new single- and multi-unit franchisees, as well as the real estate development for new and existing territories.

Goldberg attended the University of Maryland where he studied Business Administration. He currently resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife and son.
