August 05, 2015 // Franchising.com // MEMPHIS, TENNESSEE – Perkins Restaurant & Bakery announces its newest franchisee, K&R Invesco, LLC. K&R has signed a one restaurant commitment agreement for a Perkins to be located at 701 E. State Road 434 in Winter Springs, Florida. The new Perkins will occupy an end cap of a new strip shopping center and is slated to open in November 2015.

With a 4,500 square foot floor plan plus additional patio space, the new Perkins Restaurant will seat approximately 200 guests and will feature Perkins legendary menu including breakfast items such as omelettes and buttermilk pancakes that will be available all day, a full line of lunch and dinner offerings and Perkins freshly prepared bakery products. A seniors' as well as a kids' menu will also be offered. The restaurant staff will include approximately 70 employees.
