Expansion plans for the industry leader of handmade donuts with proprietary ingredients, 60 years of recipes and baking experience is finally taking shape with seven new locations set to open in the Las Vegas area during 2021-2022.
To date, ownership has purchased an existing drive-thru restaurant at 2170 South Rainbow and vacant land at the intersection of Blue Diamond and Cameron - both with an anticipated opening date in early fall and winter of 2021. The Blue Diamond location has already received approval to build as a drive-thru location.
Additionally, Randy’s Donuts is currently negotiating leases for 5 additional locations throughout the region to be opened in 2022. Expansion plans continue to get sweeter, as Randy’s is working with one of the largest gaming companies in southern Nevada to open additional stores in several casinos. The additional stand-alone and casino locations will be announced once finalized.
“Since I purchased Randy’s Donuts with my family in 2015, my intention has always been to continue the rich tradition of baking the world’s best donuts since 1962 and expanding that tradition beyond the city of Los Angeles.” said Mark Kelegian, owner of Randy’s Donuts. “Las Vegas has grown to been known for more than its gaming industry, and we thank the city and quickly feel right at home joining its incredible food scene serving our beloved donuts.”
In the past three years, they opened three international locations in South Korea and operates five locations in the greater Los Angeles area. New locations are set to open in Costa Mesa, CA and Santa Monica, CA. At all Randy’s Donuts locations, guests can find over 60 different varieties of classic, deluxe, fancy and premium donuts along with Randy’s Rounds (Randy’s Donuts much larger version of a donut hole) and more. Coffee enthusiasts are treated to a variety of coffee blends, espressos, cold brew, iced drinks and frappes powered by Randy’s Roast - Randy’s Donuts propriety coffee roaster blend.
