De Aristegui’s Seattle-style Teriyaki Shop will offer huge, satisfying teriyaki bowls filled with addicting flavors and high-quality ingredients like all-natural marinated chicken, steak, salmon or tofu with fresh, stir-fry veggies and a base of steamed white, brown or fried rice or Yakisoba noodles. De Aristegui, an avid restaurateur in the Atlanta area, has an extensive background in marketing and customer management. After a 20 year career with Coca-Cola, De Aristegui started his first business in the beverage industry and was first introduced to restaurants through his son’s school classmate’s father. For the past four and a half years, De Aristegui has owned and operated two Italian restaurants in Atlanta. His Teriyaki Madness location will expand his portfolio into the world of franchising and he has plans to open two additional locations in the Atlanta area within the next two years.
