April 24, 2023 // Franchising.com // ATLANTA, GA - Perkins Restaurant and Bakery®, a family-dining restaurant, is bringing back their annual Strawberry Fresh-tival® Menu for guests to enjoy. Starting on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, all Perkins restaurants will be featuring the seasonal menu that boasts a variety of breakfasts, salads, and sweets with prices starting at $8.99 in participating locations.

Strawberry Fresh-tival® is one of our most popular seasonal promotions and we are delighted to bring it back with these delicious offerings,” said Alison Glenn Delaney, Chief Brand Officer for Ascent Hospitality Management, parent company to Perkins Restaurant & Bakery®. “Each of our Strawberry Fresh-tival® entrées and sweet treats features fresh strawberries that can be enjoyed any time of day.”

Perkins Strawberry Fresh-tival® is ripe with these offerings. 

• Fresh Strawberry Croissant French Toast Platter: Two flaky, buttery croissants dipped in Perkins signature French Toast batter, grilled and loaded with fresh sweet glazedstrawberries, powdered sugar, Bavarian cream and whipped topping. Served with two eggs and choice of two Applewood smoked bacon strips or two sausage links.
• Fresh Strawberry Belgian Waffle Platter: A made-from-scratch Belgian Waffle topped with fresh glazed strawberries, powdered sugar and whipped topping. Served with two eggs and choice of two Applewood smoked bacon strips or two sausage links.
• Fresh Strawberry Buttermilk Pancake Platter: Three of Perkins famous buttermilk pancakes topped with fresh glazed strawberries, powdered sugar and whipped topping. Served with two eggs and choice of two Applewood smoked bacon strips or two sausage links.
• Fresh Strawberry Crepes Platter: Two light, delicate crepes filled with sweet vanilla cream cheese, topped with fresh glazed strawberries, powdered sugar and whipped topping. Served with two eggs and choice of two Applewood smoked bacon strips or two sausage links.
• Fresh Strawberry, Walnut & Grilled Chicken Salad: Garden fresh spinach with grilled chicken, fresh strawberries, red onions and candied walnuts. Served with Perkins House Strawberry Vinaigrette.
• Sonoma Chicken Salad Croissant with Fresh Strawberry Salad: A flaky, buttery croissant loaded with a blend of seasoned chicken, red grapes, celery, walnuts and fresh leaf lettuce. Served with a petite-sized spinach salad of fresh strawberries, red onions, candied walnuts and Strawberry Vinaigrette.

To make their Strawberry Fresh-tival® even sweeter, Perkins is also offering Fresh Strawberry Lemonade, Fresh Strawberry Pie, and the popular Strawberry Cream Cheese Mammoth Muffin®.
