JINYA Ramen Bar Levels Up Its Loyalty Program and App for the Ultimate Customer Experience

JINYA has partnered with the digital customer engagement experts at Paytronix to overhaul its loyalty app and reward program. JINYA is furthering the “surprise and delight” approach of its previous loyalty program with the introduction of a new points system, giving customers the chance to redeem points for the rewards of their choice.

“Everything we do at JINYA is focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience, from ingredient selection and food preparation to attentive, personalized service,” said Tomo Takahashi, JINYA’s founder and CEO. “Our new and improved loyalty program is just one more way we get to show our guests how much they mean to us and create memorable experiences that keep them coming back.”

JINYA’s new loyalty program offers members a variety of perks, including rewards, easy points accrual and discounts:

The new program and JINYA app update will go live the week of Nov. 13. Current loyalty program members will be automatically rolled over into the new system via a seamless transition and will just need to download the app and register to start receiving points.
