In this role, Wilson will be responsible for overseeing the company’s real estate operations, supporting its franchise owners and providing strategic vision for future storefront growth.
Wilson is licensed in residential real estate and has spent a majority of his two-decade rent-to-own career in operations. In 2021, he joined Buddy’s as a franchise consultant before his promotion to this new role.
