Scooter’s Coffee Promotes Mikala Friedrich to Chief Human Resources Officer

Since joining Scooter’s Coffee nearly seven years ago, Friedrich has been instrumental in shaping a high-performing, people-first culture. As CHRO, she will remain a key member of the executive leadership team and play an instrumental role in shaping the future of Scooter’s Coffee.

Working alongside her Human Resources team, she will continue to align HR strategy with business goals, driving company success while fostering the professional growth of our employees. This development and leadership ensures our employees are well equipped to support and enhance the success of our franchisees.

Prior to Scooter’s Coffee, Friedrich developed and oversaw HR strategies within Lindsey Corporation, Kiewit Corporation, and Target Corporation.
